The prediction

The Sydney Swans come into this one on the back of an impressive start to the campaign with six victories in their opening seven matches, most recently producing a 66-point hammering of the Western Bulldogs.

They now face a Melbourne side that are below the three-team leaders with five wins in seven games. The Victorians most recently hammered pointless and rock-bottom Richmond at the MCG last weekend.

Coached by Dean Cox, the Swans are in impressive form at the moment. This could be a high-scoring affair, though, as they welcome a strong Melbourne side to the SCG.
