Sydney FC vs Melbourne Victory prediction

Sydney FC have made serious waves so far this season, winning each of their last three games, scoring at least twice on both occasions and shutting out their opponents twice. Playing good football and executing at each end of the pitch, they are proving formidable opposition and Melbourne Victory have their work cut out for them here.

It’s been a less than stellar start for the Victory, who are hovering just outside of the bottom three and averaging only a point per game so far. They were victorious last time out on the road but Sydney FC are a far better side than Perth Glory and the likelihood is that the visitors’ backline will be overwhelmed eventually. Back three points for the home team.
