Swansea vs Oxford prediction

Swansea City sacked manager Luke Williams in mid-February and he was replaced by former Luton Town and Notts County defender Alan Sheehan on an interim basis until the end of the season. The Swans have been one of the best teams in the league since that decision, albeit did suffer a 1-0 loss to Millwall at The Den in their most recent outing last weekend.

Following the surprise and perhaps controversial sacking of Des Buckingham in mid-December, former Birmingham City and Millwall manager Gary Rowett has done an extremely impressive job in charge of Oxford United and they secured their second-tier status with a 2-0 defeat of Sunderland at the Kassam Stadium last weekend.

Having gained promotion to the Championship via the playoffs last season, U’s fans will be buoyant in Wales this weekend but Swansea are still expected to finish their season with a flourish.
