An excellent win to start their campaign over Middlesex at Lord’s got them their first two points and reigning champions Gloucestershire now travel to Hove on the back of a four-run defeat at the hands of Kent Spitfires.

The Sharks’ ability to stifle the opposition with the ball and also take early wickets through the likes of Ollie Robinson should be important against Gloucs, as will the pace of left-armer Tymal Mills. Whilst Gloucestershire bat deep, it’s hard to look beyond Sussex when taking into account how good they looked as a unit last Thursday.
