Stuttgart vs Bayern Munich prediction

Never an easy fixture when taking into account the offensive threat that Stuttgart possesses under Sebastian Hoeness, Bayern Munich will need to be at their best here to extend their already healthy lead at the top of the Bundesliga table and pile the pressure on RB Leipzig ahead of their game later in the day.

Stuttgart have accrued just a point from the six available to them, drawing with Borussia Dortmund before a damaging 2-1 defeat to newly promoted Hamburg last time out at the Volksparkstadion. Whilst they won’t afraid of Bayern’s devastating frontline led by the goal-hungry Harry Kane, it’s hard to see them being able to keep out the Rekordmeister, so their fate will likely be decided by how potent they are at the other end of the field.

Whilst Bayern have conceded just nine Bundesliga goals so far this season, the least of all 18 clubs, the firepower within a Stuttgart side that includes in-form striker Deniz Undav gives the hosts an excellent chance of breaching the champions’ backline. Despite this though, Kompany’s men are still very much worth backing to secure three points.

Stuttgart vs Bayern Munich tip: Bayern Munich to win and both teams to score
