The Hungarian will now face Sinja Kraus after the Austrian overcame a slow start to win 4-6 7-5 6-4 against Berfu Cengiz.
This will be their third meeting with Bondar winning the previous two, including a 6-4 7-6 triumph on the clay in Wiesbaden earlier this year.
Kraus is capable of causing problems but Bondar appears to have the edge in the match-up and is likely to come good in the end.
