Shamrock Rovers vs Floriana prediction

In the first-leg of this UEFA Champions League first qualifying round tie at the Independence Ground in Floriana, Floriana defeated Shamrock Rovers by two goals to nil in Malta. Robert Muric and Mustapha Jah scored the goals for the Maltese, either side of midfielder Matthew Healy being sent off for the Irish.

Shamrock have reached the league phase of the UEFA Europa Conference League in each of the last two seasons and would have believed they have found some much-needed European experience and nous.

They will need to lean on that a lot here at the Tallaght Stadium but Floriana will be a threat on the counter-attack and so both teams scoring seems a decent bet for this one.
