Saudi Arabia vs Egypt prediction

Saudi Arabia are back with Herve Renard, the man who masterminded their 2-1 defeat of eventual champions Argentina in Russia. The Saudi Arabians come into this on the back of a semi-final exit to Jordan at the 2025 FIFA Arab Cup.

They now face an Egypt side that have been much-improved under the management of Hossam Hassan. The Pharaohs, as they are nicknamed, were beaten in the semi-finals of the CAF Africa Cup of Nations against Senegal earlier this year.

Egypt have a lot of talent in the final third and they remain favourites against an inconsistent Saudi side that have been struggling for a couple of years.
