San Marino vs Faroe Islands prediction

Often viewed as the weakest team in Europe, San Marino have perhaps moved past that reputation with UEFA Nations League promotion in the 2024/25 campaign. The Sammarinese did return to being woeful in FIFA World Cup qualification in 2026.

They now face a Faroe Islands side that were competitive in qualifying and pushed towards Poland and Czechia, defeating the latter, before falling short. The Faroese have won five of their last seven matches.

The visitors are expected to come out on top quite comfortably in Serravalle but San Marino may well fancy themselves to score, with home advantage, and showcase their own improvement.
