Salzburg vs Mjallby prediction

At Strandvallen in Sweden in the first-leg of this UEFA Europa League play-off round tie, Red Bull Salzburg edged past Mjallby by a goal to nil, courtesy of an own goal scored by defender Tom Pettersson to give Salzburg a slender lead in Sweden.

Salzburg managed to survive a dramatic comeback against Cypriot outfit Pafos in the third qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League. Mjallby began their European campaign by edging past the Lincoln Red Imps in the UEFA Champions League before then being beaten by Slovakian champions Slovan Bratislava.

Mjallby are struggling domestically and are looking set for a second successive defeat in UEFA competition, especially with Salzburg now having home advantage at the Red Bull Arena.

Salzburg vs Mjallby tip: Salzburg to win
