THE PREDICTION
Montpellier backed-up their defeat of Top 14 leaders Toulouse and made it four wins on the spin over all competitions as they edged out the Pro14’s Glasgow Warriors 26-21 in a bad-tempered match last Friday. They host a second-successive Pro14 side now in Benetton, who won the battle of the winless sides by beating Agen 29-16 last Saturday to reach the quarter-finals as more of a consolation than anything. Montpellier are fearsome at home as it is but travelling Benetton have lost all 15 of their played Pro14 games this season and will likely lose by a hefty margin in this Challenge Cup clash. Montpellier could even rotate such is the ease of this test but they should be able to cover -15 in victory here in any case.
