Toulouse grabbed their most important win of the French Top 14 season as they beat title-rivals La Rochelle 11-14 to go top of the league by two points. Having broken an 11-match winning streak in the match before away to Lyon this was a massive statement to the rest of the division and they will be looking to double-down here with a welcome winnable fixture at home to Brive. The visitors have been working hard in recent months to establish a safe foothold in the Top 14, winning plenty of matches in which they were expected to lose against the likes of Lyon and Toulon, but this is likely too tough a step up. Toulouse beat Brive by 20 points in the reverse of this fixture earlier this season and they can win by that and a spot more by covering -21 points here.
