THE PREDICTION
Leinster’s dead-rubber last weekend was Ospreys’ gain as the Welsh side stunned their hosts to secure third place in Conference A and European place. It should matter little to Leinster, though, as they fielded a much-changed side ahead of this enthralling Play-Off Final encounter with Munster in Dublin. With many of their international stars returning, the two Irish heavyweights will battle it out in front of an empty stadium for the Pro14 trophy and for a second time in reigning champions Leinster’s case, which could well be a deal-breaker here. The experience of winning a crowd-less final is likely to give the home side even more of an edge but in all fairness they are the clear favourites to make it four winning seasons in a row this Saturday. It would be a huge shock to see Munster reverse their 10-13 loss at home to Leinster back in January and that looks a good benchmark to see the hosts cover -5 in victory here.
