THE PREDICTION
Dragons provided the Pro14 upset of the weekend by beating Welsh rivals Ospreys 20-31 away from home just a week after their disappointing loss at Zebre. Their first win in any competition since early December brought them up to fifth in Conference A at Zebre’s expense and they will be eager to maintain that with a game in-hand over the Italians. They are highly unlikely to make it two wins from two against visiting Ulster, though, who have only lost to Leinster this season. Their second defeat by their play-off rivals last season came on Saturday in a 19-38 thrashing at home but they will have enough quality to overpower the Dragons. Departing internationals should level the scales a little, as well as the sudden lack of a final to fight for, but Ulster should still be able to cover -8 here.
