Rijeka won the Croatian top-flight ahead of Dinamo Zagreb last season but still fell into the UECL with Dinamo heading into the UEL. In the UECL, Rijeka have collected five points from their opening four matches as they sit just outside the top 24.
They now face a Celje side that, under the management of Albert Riera, come into this one sitting third in the UECL table with three victories in their opening four matches after a quarter-final defeat after extra-time to Fiorentina last season.
Celje play a fun and entertaining style of football but Rijeka, with home advantage, will also believe they can take the initiative a touch here and so both teams scoring seems a good bet.
