Riga vs Ararat-Armenia prediction

In the first-leg of this UEFA Champions League first qualifying round tie, Ararat-Armenia defeated Riga by two goals to nil at the Football Academy Stadium in Yerevan. Hugo Oliveira and Franca scored second half goals for the Armenians either side of Riga goalkeeper Frenks Davids Orols being sent off.

Riga had toppled Rigas Futbola Skola at the top of the Latvian Higher League last season but it appears as though RFS will reclaim the title domestically.

This is a very tough test for Riga as they try to fight back from 2-0 down and, with the potential to only have to hit a couple of times on the counter-attack, siding with Ararat looks the way to go for this second-leg.
