The prediction
Richmond have continued to be really poor throughout the campaign with just two victories in their 15 matches in the AFL, as they sit second-from-bottom and only above a woeful Essendon side.
Carlton, on the other hand, after a tough start both on and off the pitch with Michael Voss then sacked, have been excellent of late and that continued last week as they produced a 53-point hammering of the West Coast Eagles.
That means that the resurgent Carlton have now enjoyed six successive victories and they should be backed to make it seven-in-a-row at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
