Real Sociedad Team News: Traore out

Former Stade Rennais defender Ham Traore has been unavailable throughout the campaign and he remains unavailable due to an ACL injury. Fellow defender Aihen Munoz is suspended for the UEFA Europa League but he is available for this weekend.

Predicted XI (3-5-2): Alex Remiro; Igor Zubeldia, Ageurd, Jon Pacheco; Aritz Elustondo, Brais Mendez, Martin Zubimendi, Sergio Gomez, Javi Lopez; Becker, Oskarsson

Unavailable: Traore (Injured)

Questionable:

Getafe Team News: Couple of doubts

Former Watford and West Bromwich Albion right-back Allan Nyom is a key doubt for Getafe for this one alongside Mauro Arambarri and the visitors have few options with an extremely limited squad that is quite shallow in depth, too.

Predicted XI (4-1-4-1): David Soria; Jorge Iglesias, Domingos Duarte, Omar Alderete, Diego Rico; Djene; Carles Alena, Mauro Arambarri, Luis Milla, Carles Perez; Uche

Unavailable:

Questionable: Nyom (Injured), Mauro Arambarri (Injured)

Real Sociedad vs Getafe Prediction

Real Sociedad started the season very poorly before majorly improving of late but the hosts come into this one on the back of a continuation of a recent dip in form with one victory in their last four La Liga matches being followed up by a 3-1 defeat at the Stadio Olimpico against Lazio in the UEFA Europa League in midweek. Getafe earned themselves yet another point against Barcelona last weekend as they shared a 1-1 draw with the Blaugrana at the Coliseum playing in Jose Bordalas’ typically defensive and hostile manner. With a limited squad and just 14 goals scored, the visitors somehow sit outside of the bottom three, highlighting the pragmatic effectiveness, despite fair criticisms, of Jose Bordalas’ style. La Real aren’t fluent at the moment and a low-scoring affair seems inevitable at the Anoeta.

Real Sociedad vs Getafe Tip: Under 2.5 goals
