The prediction

Port Adelaide have won four and lost eight of their 12 matches thus far as they sit eight points adrift of the top ten and the playoff places. The South Australians head into this one on the back of a six-point victory against the West Coast Eagles.

They now face a Sydney side that begin the round sitting second in the table, four points behind leaders Fremantle. The Swans have been getting results, as they did against St Kilda last week but there is a concern that they aren’t playing too well.

That said, their victory against St Kilda was their 11th win in 13 games and, against struggling opposition, they will be confident of getting themselves another victory at the Adelaide Oval.
