Parma have enjoyed a reasonable campaign in Serie A as they welcome a similarly steady and mid-table Sassuolo side to the Ennio Tardini on the final day.

Parma vs Sassuolo prediction

Carlos Cuesta and his Parma side come into this one on the back of a steady campaign, albeit a defensive one in which they have managed to score just 27 goals. They are in fairly dodgy form, too, with a recent 1-0 loss to Como last weekend extending their current losing streak to three matches.

Following their promotion to the top-flight, Sassuolo have been very impressive as they sit firmly in the middle-of-the-table. They are also finishing a bit awkwardly, though, as a 2-1 loss to Torino a couple of weeks ago was followed by a 3-2 defeat at home to a relegation-battling Lecce side.

These are two sides with little to play for but both very content with their seasons and so it may be a fairly underwhelming watch for the neutral in Emilio-Romagna.

Parma vs Sassuolo tip: Under 2.5 goals
