Pablo Carreno Busta vs Jiri Lehecka prediction
Pablo Carreno Busta is set to compete in yet another French Open, having made his debut all the way back in 2013. The Spaniard last played in Valencia on the Challenger Tour, winning his first two matches against Francisco Comesana and Sebastian Baez, before withdrawing from the event. The 34-year-old is still ranked inside the top 100 of the world rankings.
Jiri Lehecka has broken new ground already this season, as he advanced to the final of a Masters 1000 event for the first in his career at the Miami Open. However, he was unable to win the title following a defeat to four-time major champion Jannik Sinner. He hasn’t managed to reach the same heights on clay, though he did get through to the quarter-finals in Madrid.
Lehecka is the clear favourite, but Carreno Busta should be able to challenge for at least a set in this first-round match.
Pablo Carreno Busta vs Jiri Lehecka tip: Over 3.5 sets
