Norwich City vs Oxford United prediction

Philippe Clement’s first game in charge of Norwich City saw the Canaries comfortably beaten 4-1 away at Birmingham City, ramping up the pressure on him and his side ahead of what is a must-win game. If Norwich are to survive relegation this season, Oxford United are one of the teams they really need to finish above, increasing the stakes ahead of kick-off.

For Oxford, avoiding defeat is key. Whilst a draw is never ideal against a side inside the bottom three, it would keep them well clear of the visitors and that is most important. They will likely try and knock the stuffing out of this match from a momentum perspective, keeping multiple men behind the balls and not taking any risks. Backing under 2.5 goals feels like a sensible move.

Norwich City vs Oxford United tip: Under 2.5 goals
