Louis Smolka (17-7) will be aiming to make it two wins on the bounce when he comes up against Vince Morales this weekend. Coming off of a win against Jose Alberto Quiñonez, Smolka is 3-2 in his last five fights. Fighting out of Kapolei, Hawaii, Smolka has faced some tough competition in recent times.
