Mirra Andreeva vs Katerina Siniakova prediction

Mirra Andreeva began the defence of her title with one of the most dominant victories of her young career so far as she demolished Solana Sierra 6-0 6-0 in the second-round. Andreeva converted six of her nine break point opportunities as she wrapped up the win after just 50 minutes. She is seeking a second title of the year, having already enjoyed success in Adelaide at the start of 2026.

She faces Katerina Siniakova next after she beat 2021 US Open finalist Leylah Fernandez. Siniakova was broken when serving to stay in the first set but recovered well in the second. She was 3-1 down in the decider but broke back and dominated the tiebreak to win 5-7 6-4 7-6 (1).

Andreeva sent out a warning sign to her rivals with such a dominant win in the previous round, and she will be the commanding favourite when she takes on Siniakova in round three.
