Midtjylland stumbled through qualification for the UEFA Europa League but they begin the sixth match day of the league phase sitting second in the table, only behind Olympique Lyonnais on goal difference. They were most recently held to a thrilling 3-3 draw with Viborg in the Danish Superliga at the weekend.
Genk have been underwhelming in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League so far this season but they have been stronger in this competition with three victories and a draw in their five matches thus far. Domestically, they sit in mid-table with an 3-0 loss to Royal Antwerp at the weekend following a 3-1 defeat to Anderlecht.
Genk will want to throw a few punches here and Midtjylland are fun to watch at both ends of the pitch but, with home advantage, the Danes remain firm favourites.
