Metz vs Paris Saint-Germain prediction

After a very poor start to the campaign following their promotion last season, Metz have enjoyed a flurry of good performances and results about a month or so ago but their form has regressed again and they have fallen back to the bottom-of-the-table, most recently losing 3-1 to fellow strugglers Auxerre last weekend.

Paris Saint-Germain were by far the better side in midweek as they shared a goalless draw with Athletic Club at San Mames in the league phase of the UEFA Champions League. The Parisiens sit second in the Ligue 1 table, despite a 5-0 hammering of Stade Rennais at the Parc des Princes.

PSG will be expected to eventually overtake Lens at the top-of-the-table and they should win this one quite comfortably at Stade Symphorien this weekend.

Metz vs Paris Saint-Germain tip: Paris Saint-Germain to win -2 handicap
