Mariano Navone vs Jaume Munar prediction
Mariano Navone once again demonstrated his clay-court expertise with a straight sets win over Cameron Norrie.
The Argentine came up trumps when it mattered as he posted a 6-4 6-4 victory over the British number one to set up a maiden tussle with Jaume Munar.
The Spaniard also looked sharp as he took down a fellow clay specialist in the shape of Francisco Comesana by a 6-4 6-4 scoreline.
There are just three places between these two with world number 39, Munar perhaps the least consistent in recent weeks due to his recovery from injury.
This is the sort of match Jaume needs to win if he’s to keep pushing on to break the top 30 barrier, but Navone is playing some of his best tennis right now and we fancy the Argentine, although backing a healthy number of games could be beneficial too.
