The Mamelodi Sundowns showcased to the world their quality at the FIFA Club World Cup last year. Now they need to hammer it down on the continent after, having reached the last eight four times and the semi-finals on three occasions in the last eight seasons.
Stade Malien come into this one on the back of a 4-0 hammering at the hands of Binga in the Malian Premiere Division the other day. The Malians sit firmly in the middle-of-the-table domestically.
