Lille vs Marseille prediction

Lille continue to quietly build momentum in Ligue 1 and come into this clash on the back of a strong run that has pushed them firmly into the European conversation.

Recent weeks have seen Bruno Genesio’s men tighten up defensively, with several clean sheets and a narrow win over Le Havre underlining their improved resilience.

Marseille, meanwhile, have put together a four-game unbeaten run across all competitions, most recently drawing 2-2 at home against Toulouse, although conceding an injury-time equaliser will have left a bitter taste for OM boss Roberto De Zerbi.

With their defence in solid shape and home form impressive, Lille will offer Marseille a stern test here, and we can see this one ending honours even.

Lille vs Marseille tip: Draw
