Levante preview: Need a result
Levante gained promotion the top-flight of Spanish football last season, and it has been a bright start in terms of performances, but the Valencians will need to find a top-flight level of effectiveness and efficiency at either end if they are to eventually ensure they push away from the bottom three and the relegation places.
Levante started their campaign with a tough 2-1 loss to Deportivo Alaves, conceding a second-half stoppage-time winner, before then losing 3-2 to Barcelona from 2-0 up. They were then beaten by fellow newly-promoted side Elche in a Valencian derby a couple of weeks ago before the September international break.
Real Betis preview: Betis going again
Real Betis had a brilliant second-half to last season as they reached the final of the UEFA Europa Conference League and had a tilt at finishing in the top five and earning UEFA Champions League qualification but they fell short and have since lost a few key players to sales and injuries.
One of those key departure, Antony, has now returned on a permanent basis from Manchester United and Los Verdiblancos will hope the Brazilian can rediscover his fine form from last season to help Manuel Pellegrini's side build on a steady start to the campaign consisting of a victory, two draws and a defeat.

Levante vs Real Betis prediction
Levante are trying to play an enterprising style of football and they have been able to take the game to a stubborn side in Alaves and a high quality outfit in Barca. They'll try and do the same against Betis, but the likelihood is that the quality of the visitors will tell, especially with their star Antony back in the mix, and an entertaining victory for the visitors would appear a good bet for this one.
