Lancashire Lightning come into this one on the back of just one victory and three defeats in their opening four matches as they sit rock-bottom in the North Group. Lancs were hammered by arch-rivals the Yorkshire Vikings at Headingley on Friday night.

Glamorgan have won two and lost three of their five matches thus far. The Welsh county most recently succumbed to a 27-run loss to the Worcestershire Rapids the other day. They had previously enjoyed dramatic but late victories against Somerset, both home and away.

It has been a hectic few days for Glamorgan and that may actually benefit Lancs on the big pitch at Old Trafford in a low key affair in Manchester on Sunday afternoon.
