Katerina Siniakova vs Elina Svitolina prediction

Katerina Siniakova pulled off an upset in round three as she dumped defending champion Mirra Andreeva out of Indian Wells. Andreeva was poor throughout but looked on course for victory as she broke to go 3-2 up in the decider. However, Siniakova reeled off the next four games to seal a 4-6 7-6 (5) 6-3 win after two hours and 48 minutes.

Siniakova faces Elina Svitolina next. The Ukrainian continued her strong start to the campaign with a comfortable win over Ashlyn Krueger. Svitolina was broken in her first service game and went 2-0 down, but she held serve after that and ultimately cruised to a 6-4 6-2 victory.

Svitolina leads the head-to-head 4-0, though Siniakova has won a set in all of their matches. The world number nine now has 17 wins from 20 matches in 2026, and she will be a commanding favourite to win this one in largely dominant fashion.
