Juventus preview: Push for the top four

Luciano Spalletti's side endured a difficult time of it a month or so ago, including UEFA Champions League elimination at the hands of Galatasaray, but Juventus are beginning to find some form once again.

The Bianconeri now come into this one on the back of back-to-back victories, defeating Pisa by four goals to nil before a 1-0 victory against Udinese at the Bluenergy Stadium in Friuli last weekend.

Sassuolo preview: Strong Sassuolo

Sassuolo have been impressive throughout the campaign, pushing back to the top-half of the Serie A table, following their promotion back from Serie B last season, under the management of Fabio Grosso.

The visitors come into this one on the back of back-to-back losses, though. After a 2-1 defeat to Lazio at Stadio Olimpico, they recently suffered a derby day 1-0 defeat at home to Bologna in their most recent outing.

Juventus team news: Thuram a doubt

French midfielder Khephren Thuram is now a doubt for this weekend due to an ankle injury, with both Emil Holm and Dusan Vlahovic also potentially sidelined.

Predicted XI (3-4-2-1): Perin; Kalulu, Bremer, Gatti; McKennie, Locatelli, Koopmeiners, Cambiaso; Conceicao, Yildiz; David

Unavailable:

Questionable: Holm (Injured), Thuram (Injured), Vlahovic (Injured)

Sassuolo team news: Quartet of injuries

Sassuolo have a few injury issues as they travel to Turin with defender Fali Cande sidelined alongside Edoardo Pieragnolo, Daniel Boloca and Alieu Fadera.

Predicted XI (4-3-3): Muric; Walukiewicz, Idzes, Muharemovic, Ulisses Garcia; Kone, Matic, Thorstvedt; Berardi, Pinamonti, Lauriente

Unavailable: Cande (Injured), Pieragnolo (Injured), Boloca (Injured), Fadera (Injured)

Questionable:

Juventus vs Sassuolo prediction

Juventus have put together a surprisingly deep and impressive squad, especially in attack. Luciano Spalletti is also famed for his proactive and progressive style. Sassuolo themselves can also play on the front foot with attackers that should have been nowhere near Serie B in the first place. Juve have to remain favourites in a game in which both teams scoring seems a good shout.
