Jordan vs Costa Rica prediction

Coached by Jamal Sellami, the Jordanian national team are heading back to the FIFA World Cup for the first time ever. The hosts most recently lost the FIFA Arab Cup to Morocco after extra-time in December 2025.

They now face a Costa Rica side that, under the management of Fernando Batista, failed to qualify for the tournament after a shock loss to Haiti in November meant that they finished below the Haitians in their CONCACAF third round clash.

Jordan will be expected to be something of whipping boys in North America this summer, in what is a tough group, but practicing on shutting up shop should ensure a low-scoring encounter against a limited Cosa Rican side.

Jordan vs Costa Rica tip: Under 2.5 goals
