Joao Fonseca vs Jack Draper prediction

Joao Fonseca reached the third-round of a Grand Slam for the first time as the 18-year-old defeated Pierre-Hugues Herbert in straight sets. It was still a tight match with Fonseca taking the first two sets on tiebreaks, eventually coming through 7-6 7-6 6-4.

He now takes on Jack Draper for a place in the last 16. Draper was involved in one of the most entertaining matches of the tournament so far as he took on Frenchman Gael Monfils during the night session on Philippe Chatrier. The match looked destined to go to a decider with Monfils leading 5-2 but Draper staged a fabulous fightback, saving two set points and reeling off five straight games to win 6-3 4-6 6-3 7-5. 

They have already played each other, earlier in the year, with Draper easily beating Fonseca 6-4 6-0 in the second-round of Indian Wells on his way to winning the most impressive title of his career so far. Both players are phenomenal strikers of the ball, but Draper has a bit more consistency to his game and we predict him to come out on top.
