Janice Tjen vs Camila Osorio prediction
Janice Tjen registered a victory in round one as she defeated Caijsa Hennemann in straight sets. Tjen won six games in a row to take the first set with ease. However, her level dropped in the second as Hennemann broke on two occasions and served to take the match into a decider. Tjen broke back and won three games in succession to seal a 6-1 7-5 victory after one hour and 24 minutes.
She now takes on Camila Osorio. The Colombian comfortably got past Tereza Martincova in her first-round match. Osorio began strongly and won the first set without conceding a game. Martincova increased her level in the second, but Osorio would still come through to win 6-0 6-4.
Osorio has enjoyed the better season of the two, having won a title at the Philippines Open. Furthermore, she leads the head-to-head after beating Tjen in the first-round of the Merida Open back in February.
