Jack Draper vs Daniil Medvedev prediction

Jack Draper continued his title defence with one of the finest wins of his career.

The Brit edged five-time champion Novak Djokovic 4-6 6-4 7-6 to defeat the Serb for the first time and reach the last eight.

The 14th seed will now take on Daniil Medvedev after the Russian cruised to a 6-2 6-4 success over Alex Michelsen.

This will be their second meeting with Daniil prevailing 7-5 6-4 in Rome back in 2024.

Medvedev has yet to drop a set this week and is on a winning streak after capturing the Dubai title last time out. 

Draper will be buzzing with confidence after beating the GOAT, but it was an energy-sapping contest and the question mark will relate to how much he has left in the tank.

The Brit will push himself to the limit but recovery time is short for this one and we feel it could be another lengthy battle, but one where Medvedev may have the edge.
