Lionel Messi remains in fine form and scored again last weekend but Inter Miami’s dip continued as they succumbed to a 2-1 defeat at home to Toronto FC. That means that the Floridians are now winless in their last five matches across all competitions.
Montreal begin this weekend’s round of fixtures sitting second-from-bottom in the Eastern Conference. The Canadians have shown some improvement of late with a four-match unbeaten run ahead of this one, albeit with three draws.
Montreal will believe they can be stubborn again here and so both teams scoring seems a decent bet at the Nu Stadium but Inter Miami have to remain firm favourites to bounce back here.
