Hellas Verona come into this one on the back of a continuation of their slow start to the campaign with a goalless draw against another struggler, Lecce, at Stadio Comunale Via del Mare down south in Apulia.
Verona remain winless after 11 matches so far this season with six draws and five defeats thus far. They have, though, quite surprisingly, stuck by former Empoli boss Paolo Zanetti.
Parma preview: Indifferent Parma
Over the summer, following the departure of Cristian Chivu to Internazionale, Parma took the decision to appoint Mikel Arteta’s former assistant coach Carlos Cuesta, but they are hovering just above the bottom three and the relegation places.
The visitors’ most recent outing saw them share a 2-2 draw against AC Milan at the Ennio Tardini in a game in which they fought back from 2-0 down thanks to a stunner from Adrian Bernabe as well as a penalty scored by Enrico Del Prato.
