The prediction

Hawthorn come into this one on the back of a 58-point defeat of St Kilda in their most recent outing, last week. That means that the Victorians now sit third in the AFL table, six points behind the Sydney Swans and ten behind league leaders Fremantle.

They now face a Western Bulldogs side that sit firmly in the middle-of-the-table ahead of Round 13. The Bulldogs edged past Collingwood with a slender four-point victory last week, having defeated Melbourne the week before and they have now won three of their last four matches.

The Bulldogs find themselves in excellent form as they travel to the MCG but Hawthorn would have to be viewed as favourites for this one.
