The prediction

It's back-to-back wins now for Hawthorn, who return to action after sitting out last week's round of games.

The Hawks, who lost to GWS Giants in Opening Round, followed that with victories over Essendon and most recently Sydney at the MCG.

Geelong, meanwhile, overcame a depleted yet spirited Adelaide side last week, eventually coming out on top in difficult conditions at GMHBA Stadium.

The Cats have now gone back-to-back after losing their first game of the season, and last season's grand finalists are starting to find their feet in the new campaign.

That could spell bad news for Hawthorn, who have shown some vulnerabilities despite their recent wins. Though the Hawks boast home advantage here, we're edging Geelong in this one.
