In the second qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League, Hajduk defeated Pafos by two goals to nil in their first-leg but they then succumbed to a 4-0 loss to the Cypriots after extra-time in the second-leg down in Southern Europe.
In the first-leg of this UEFA Europa Conference League third qualifying round tie, Hajduk again earned themselves a comfortable win as they hammered Zalgiris Vilnius by five goals to two in Lithuania last week.
The key difference for Hajduk in their avoidance of a comeback here is that they now have home advantage and will be expected to ease to another comfortable win here.
