The prediction

The bye week probably came at the right time for GWS Giants, who had lost three straight matches after winning their season opener against Hawthorn.

The Giants most recently suffered a 33-point defeat to Collingwood at Marvel Stadium in Round 3, so head coach Adam Kingsley will have used this time to work on some areas of improvement.

This looks like the perfect fixture for them to get back on track though, as they face a Richmond side who have lost all four of their matches this season.

The Tigers have really struggled to get going in 2026, and there is little reason to have any confidence in them. Take the Giants to cover a decent handicap in this one.
