The prediction

Adam Kingsley's GWS Giants have been an inconsistent outfit this season, as despite some bright moments, they cannot to gather any momentum.

The Giants are languishing near the bottom of the ladder and come into this one off the back of a 20-point defeat to Gold Coast at People First Stadium.

Fortunately for them, they now face a team who are struggling to an even greater extent right now, with visiting Essendon having won just one of their eight games in the current campaign.

This is a trend that started towards the back-end of the 2025 season, when the Bombers tailed off badly, and they are looking devoid of any belief at the moment.

Underwhelming though they've been, the Giants should be winning this comfortably.
