The prediction
GWS Giants begin their 14th game of the campaign sitting just outside of the top ten and the playoff places with eight victories and five defeats in their 13 matches. They most recently succumbed to a narrow eight-point loss to St Kilda in their most recent outing last weekend.
After a woeful start to the 2026 campaign, both on and off the pitch, Carlton have been much-improved in the last month or so since the departure of Michael Voss. They defeated rock-bottom Essendon a couple of weeks ago to continue their good form.
That extended their winning streak to four matches as they try and push themselves up the ladder and they would have to be viewed as a decent value bet at the ENGIE Stadium in Sydney.
