The prediction

Gold Coast secured a rare victory over GWS Giants last week, with Jamarra Ugle-Hagan - just two games into his Suns career - putting in a standout display at People First Stadium.

The Suns have won five of their eight games in the 2026 season and it would be a huge surprise if they were not to feature in the Finals series later in the year.

St Kilda have impressed in recent weeks, albeit against struggling opposition, with the Saints most recently recording a 39-point success against Carlton at Marvel Stadium.

Gold Coast, especially on home turf, should prove to be much tougher opposition though, and the Saints are likely to come unstuck against Damien Hardwick's side.
