Gent managed to edge past Goteborg in Sweden in the first-leg of this UEFA Europa Conference League third qualifying round tie, courtesy of a first half stoppage-time winner.
That sort of result was typical of Gent's low-scoring form in the second qualifying round against LNZ Cherkasy on penalties after 210 minutes of a goalless draw against the Ukrainians.
Goteborg will again likely be awkward to play against here and Gent clearly lack fluency, albeit the Belgians are firm favourites once again.
