Gabon vs Ivory Coast Prediction
With three games in Group F in CAF qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the Ivory Coast sit at the top with 19 points collected from seven matches, whilst the Gabonese sit a point behind, having suffered a defeat to Les Elephants earlier on in the campaign.
Gabon come into this one on the back of a 4-0 demolition of the Seychelles at National Sports Complex Pitch 1 the other day, with Denis Bouanga notching a hat-trick to make him top scorer in African qualifying for the tournament. The Ivorians, on the other hand, managed to edge past Burundi by a goal to nil in Abidjan, courtesy of a third minute winner scored by former Watford striker Vakoun Bayo.
The Ivorians, under the management of Emerse Fae, will be expecting to keep things tight here, and that should be enough to edge past Gabon in a likely low-scoring affair.
Gabon vs Ivory Coast Tip: Double chance – Ivory Coast to win & under 3.5 goals
