The prediction
Captained by Alex Pearce, Fremantle sit at the top on 56 points, just four ahead of the Sydney Swans. They have won 14 and lost just two so far this season with that second defeat coming against the GWS Giants last weekend.
Sydney have been able to keep up the pressure on Freo as they recovered from a loss to defending champions the Brisbane Lions by winning last week, earning a 35-point victory against the Western Bulldogs at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
Sydney will believe they can make this extremely tough Fremantle side that will have slight concerns after last week but Freo remain favourites here.
