The prediction
Fremantle come into this one on the back of a bye week, having most recently defeated North Melbourne in an absolute trouncing a couple of weeks ago, with a 124-point win against the Victorians as they sit above the Sydney Swans at the top of the ladder with a game-in-hand.
They now face a Geelong side that begin Round 15 sitting third in the table, now just above Melbourne and three victories back from Fremantle and the Swans. Geelong produced a 45-point defeat of Gold Coast in their most recent outing, last week.
Geelong are strong and will likely be competitive once again here in what may well be a high-scoring encounter but Fremantle remain firm favourites at the Optus Stadium in Perth.
